Yoga is great for strengthening and destressing, but I find that you need to add cardio if you really want to lose weight and get fit. Swimming would be excellent! You definitely have to do something that you enjoy, or you just won&#039;t do it.

I think we&#039;ll be seeing you on Saturday morning. Jenny invited us over :-)</description>
